Raising a customer invoice is done from the sales invoice form under the Sales Module.
How to raise a sales invoice
- Open the sales invoice form
- Select the customer to be invoiced from the dropdown list.
- On the line-items table pick the product or service that you would like to invoice.
- This populates related accounts,pricing and VAT.
- Fill in the quantity to be invoiced, It will automatically calculate totals.
- Save the sales invoice by clicking on the save button
